Ammachy’s Recipes: Mangha chammanthi ( Spicy Raw Mango Chutney)

  • Raw mango (diced)- 1/2 of 1
  • Green Chilli (chopped)- 1/2 of 1
  • Grated coconut- 1/4 cup
  • Ginger- A very small peice (Optional)
  • Curry leaves- 2 sprigs
  • Water- 1 tsp.
  • Salt- As needed/ 1/4 tsp.

Serves: 8 people

Cooking time:  1-2 minutes

Step 1: Wash and chop the raw mango, ginger and green chilli

Step 2: Grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste using a few drops of water.
Add salt to taste or 1/4 tsp.
