Babycorn Lollipop

1. Babycorns 5-6
2. Potato cooked and mashed 1 large
3. Coriander leaves 5-6 strands
4. Ginger-garlic paste 1 tea spn
5. Green chilli paste 1/2 tea spn
6. Soya sauce 1/2 tea spn
7. Corn flour 1 tbl spn
8. Garam masala 1/2 tea spn
9. Salt
10. Oil for deep frying

Mix all the ingrdients except babycorn and oil. Take this mixture and make a thick coating on the upper half of babycorn (like lollypop). Deep fry in oil. (If required, add more corn flour so that the coating should not come out while frying).
