Bhel Puri


Puffed Rice / Mandakki / Borugulu – 2 cup
Chopped Onion – 1/4cup

Finely Chopped Cucumber -1/4cup(optional)
Grated carrot – 5tbs
Chopped Tomatoes -1/4cup

Chopped coriander – 1/4cup
Chat Masala – 1/2tsp
Chili powder – 1/4tsp
Ginger Garlic paste – 1/8tsp

Cooked and Chopped Potato – 2tbs
Tamarind Date Chutney – 1tbs
Pudina Chutney – 1tsp
Salt to taste
Thin Shev – 2tbs

Mix all the ingredients except coriander and shev.
Garnish with coriander and shev.
