Cauliflower-capsicum side-dish (Phool Gobhi Kadaiwali)

Picked up this recipe from a book. It came out well. Give it a try.

1. Cauliflower 3 cups
2. Butter 1 tbl spn
3. Capsicum(chopped into long slices) 1 cup
4. Tomato (chopped into long slices) 1 cup
5. Oil 1 tea spn
6. Garlic 5-6
7. Chilli powder 1 tea spn
8. Coriander powder 1 tea spn
9. Turmeric a pinch
10. Pepper powder ½ tea spn
11. Garam masala ½ tea spn
12. Chat masala ½ tea spn
13. Lemon juice 1 tbl spn
14. Coriander leaves 3-4 strands
15. Salt

Heat oil and fry garlic(finely chopped). Add cauliflower (chopped into pieces), chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and salt. Cover and cook on a low flame.
Heat butter in another pan. Add capsicum and tomato. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add this to cauliflower mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add garam masala, chat masala, lemon juice. Mix well and remove from flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with chapathi, roti or rice.
