Crispy Bhindi fry


Ingredients:
1. Bhindi(Okra) 1/4 kg
2. Besan (chick pea flour) 1 table spn
3. Rice flour 1 tea spn
4. Chilli powder 1 tea spn
5. Tamariand pulp Half tea spn
6. Turmeric a pinch
7. Garam masala Half tea spn
8. Oil
9. Salt

Method:
Cut bhindi into thin long pieces. Heat oil and all other ingredients. Fry till bhindi is cooked. Serve hot.
