Ginger Chutney (Alle chutney)


This is again a traditional chutney made with many dosas, rotis etc.

Ingredients:
1. Coconut (grated) 1 cup
2. Ginger 1″ piece
3. Tamarind pulp 1/4th tea spn
4. Green chillis 4
5. Salt

Method:
Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste adding required amount of water. Serve the chutney with dosa or roti.
