Mushroom Curry(Traditional Konkani dish)

Ingredieints:
1. Mushroom pieces 2 cups
2. Onions 2
3. Grated coconut 1 cup
4. Cloves(Lavang) 4-5
5. Cinnamon(Dalchini) 2 inch piece
6. Tamarind juice 1/2 tea spn
7. Coriander seeds 1 tea spn
8. Red chillis 4-5
9. Oil 1 tea spn
10. Salt

Method:
Heat oil and fry cloves, cinnamon, coriander seeds, red chillis. Grind this with coconut and tamarind.
Cook onion and mushroom with sufficient water(It will take around 10 mins to cook). Then add ground masala and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with rice flour roti(Alayle pita rotti).
