Onion bajji

1. Onions 2
2. Corn flour 1 tbl spn
3. Besan 3 tbl spns
4. Chilli powder Half tea spn
5. Asafoetida A pinch
6. Coriander leaves 4-5
7. Oil For deep frying
8. Salt

Cut the onions legthwise. Add finely chopped coriander leaves and other ingredients. Mix using just a little water. Deep fry in oil. Serve hot.
