Sprouted Moong Salad / Kosumbari

Sprouted Moong – 1 cup
Finely Chopped Cucumber – 1/4 cup
Grated Carrot – 1/4cup
Finely Chopped Green Chili – 1tsp
Lemon Juice – 1tsp
Salt to taste

Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Jerra – 1tsp
curry leaves – 6
Oil – 2tbs

Prepare seasoning. Keep it aside.
Add Finely Chopped Cucumber, Grated Carrot, Finely Chopped Green Chili, Lemon Juice, salt to Sprouted Moong and Garnish with seasoning.

Serve as a side dish with Rice.
