Tomato Chutney

1. Ripe Tomatoes 2
2. Onion 1
3. Green chilles 2
4. Mustard seeds , cumin seeds 1/2 tspn each
5. Ginger(optional) 1″ piece
6. Curry leaves
7. Sugar 1/4 tea spn
8. Salt
9. Oil

Heat oil. Add mustard, cumin seeds. When they splutter, add curry leaves. Add onion and green chillies. Fry till onions turn brown. Add tomato and other ingredients. Cook till tomatoes become tender. Grind the paste. Goes well with dosa.
